Case · Global Supply Chain

Building a common operating model for an international Supply Chain.

International growth required moving from local practices and fragmented decisions to a common way of planning, governing inventory and coordinating cross-regional flows.

Context

The industrial network had grown in scale and complexity. The challenge was not to add another planning meeting, but to define which decisions should be global, which should remain local, and which data, cadences and accountabilities should govern them.

Responsibility

  • Design the Group's global Supply Chain strategy and operating model.
  • Connect S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory, logistics and service within one framework.
  • Coordinate deployment with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, IT and local teams.
