Context
The priority was to sustain service and production without turning every constraint into permanent firefighting. That required frequent replanning while preserving a structured view of capacity, materials and priorities.
Responsibility
- Lead all Zaragoza production planning during COVID.
- Lead a team of approximately 30 people.
- Coordinate production planning, MRP/MPS, forecasting, capacity and service under high uncertainty.
