Founder · ITOpStudio

ITOpStudio.

Independent studio for building tools around real Operations, Supply Chain, data and AI problems.

Why it exists

Standard software covers the core. It does not always cover the last decision.

ERP, MES, APS, WMS and BI are the foundation when they solve the process well. ITOpStudio addresses the gaps left between systems, data and the way people actually work: a decision tool, an automation, a specific interface or an application connecting multiple components.

It does not replace enterprise architecture; it complements the parts that need more business context or faster iteration.

What I build

Four types of solution.

01

Decision support

Tools combining exceptions, scenarios, KPIs and business rules to help prioritize action.

02

Automation

Workflows and processes reducing repetitive manual work and connecting systems or data sources.

03

Operational applications

Web apps centered on a specific process when a spreadsheet or standard module is no longer enough.

04

Applied AI

Generative AI and agents where they can accelerate analysis, documentation, development or interaction without losing governance.

Working model

From the process to an operable solution.

  1. 01
    Define the problem

Decision, user, process, constraints and expected outcome.

  2. 02
    Reuse the standard

ERP, BI, databases, APIs or existing platforms before adding another layer.

  3. 03
    Build the gap

Only the logic, interface or automation that is actually missing.

  4. 04
    Operate with control

Versioning, testing, deployment, documentation, recovery and incremental improvement.

Builds

Selected public projects.

AppCenter

Governance for AI-assisted software delivery.

Source truth, quality gates, releases, recovery and controlled deployment to turn fast iterations into governable software.
